SpartanFX is a ProgeSwiss product. In this legal notice, "ProgeSwiss" means ProgeSwiss Sàrl. By using the Website, you accept the conditions set out in this legal notice.

Hosting​

The Website is hosted on Microsoft Azure (Azure Static Web Apps).

All content of the Website is the property of ProgeSwiss or is used with the permission of its owners, and is protected by the Swiss Federal Act on Copyright and Related Rights and by international copyright treaties. This includes, in particular, texts, documentation, graphics, images, screenshots, videos, page design and layout, and the SpartanFX and ProgeSwiss names and logos. All rights are reserved.

No part of the Website may be reproduced, copied, distributed, published, modified, translated, transmitted, made available to the public or otherwise used, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, without the prior express written approval of ProgeSwiss. The only exceptions are the code examples described below and uses that mandatory law permits.

Code examples​

The code examples in the documentation and in the Showcase illustrate how to use SpartanFX. You may copy, use and adapt them without restriction. They are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

This does not grant any right to the SpartanFX software itself, which may be used only as described under Software license.

Logos and trademarks​

The names SpartanFX and ProgeSwiss and the associated logos are distinctive signs of ProgeSwiss. They may not be used, in particular in products, websites, marketing materials, presentations or social media, without the prior express written approval of ProgeSwiss. The same applies to any use that suggests a partnership with, or an endorsement by, ProgeSwiss.

Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Platform and Dataverse are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. All other names and trademarks mentioned on the Website belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, these owners.

Software license​

SpartanFX is proprietary software. It may be used only under a valid license agreement with ProgeSwiss, and its use is governed exclusively by that agreement. Nothing on the Website grants a license or any other right to SpartanFX or to any other ProgeSwiss product or intellectual property.

Disclaimer​

ProgeSwiss prepares the content of the Website with care, but provides it for general information only. ProgeSwiss gives no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content, and may change, suspend or remove the Website or any part of it at any time without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, ProgeSwiss excludes all liability for damage of any kind arising from access to or use of the Website and its content, including the code examples, from the inability to access or use them, or from technical faults. Liability for unlawful intent or gross negligence, and any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, remains unaffected.

The Website contains links to third-party websites. ProgeSwiss has no influence over their content and accepts no responsibility for it. You visit these websites at your own risk.

Governing law and jurisdiction​

This legal notice and the use of the Website are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to mandatory statutory provisions, the courts of Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction.

ProgeSwiss may amend this legal notice at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
